We certainly care about the presidential elections every four years, and a lot of us tend to forget about it in the middle. I would also like to point out that it is the only time a lot of you bother to even care about what is going on in the world of politics. I am in this particular crowd. I choose not to tell my precious time into the world of politics, where everything is chaotic. In other times, people do not exactly seem to care about what is going on either. The government runs, because of all the major decisions are taken by the political parties and the powerful individuals in the government.
1. I am pretty sure that you have seen a lot of people posting that they voted, especially on social media. It has certainly become a trend to show that you have made an effort into caring about the election. You obviously need to make sure that your voice is heard because you are giving the option to speak up. You need to contribute your opinion, especially when the elections are around the corner.
2. You need to make sure that you vote, but safely. Since there is a global pandemic going on, you need to make sure that you do everything you can to vote safely. Vaccinations are available in almost every single country in the world, and you should make sure that you are properly vaccinated.
3. The President is usually nominates the members of the Supreme Court, and they are all confirmed by the Senate. The Constitution actually does most of the things that need to be done.
4. If we are talking about the American system, the President does not exactly do the majority of what every single candidate says that they will do. The powers of the President is actually described in article 2 of the US Constitution.
5. You will also see that the American presidents do not exactly have too many powers, but they do have a lot of responsibilities. The President does not set the tax rate, and the President does not spend the money. They do not pass the laws, and they do not have the powers to declare wars either.
6. But the President of the United States of America is obviously one of the most influential and powerful people in the entire world. I am saying that he is powerful because he has access to nuclear launch codes. Since nuclear weapons are used as a deterrent, we should consider that they are really powerful.
7. You should also understand that politics is all about power. They say that it is about helping the people, but it is never usually about that.
